Manitoba has released detailed results of standardized Grade 12 math, English, and French testing

This is the first time in 20 years when the province will show detailed test data.

Earlier, until 1999, test data had public access. However, after that year, the inhabitants of the province could get only approximate information.

2018 data include demographic indicators as well as assessments of middle and elementary school students. The Minister of Education made a statement and said that parents should have access to test data, everything should be open.

These data should serve as an additional service to inform parents about the level of training of their children, and schools can use this information in the future to conduct presentations and prepare students.

In early 2019, Manitoba will begin a new review of the education system called K-12. This review will include detailed test results of 12-grade students in languages and mathematics, which take place at the end of each semester.

In previous years, the average testing result was 70%. Let's see what it will be this year.
