The Forks is proud to invite you to the family countdown and mini fireworks at 8 PM at the Winnipeg Sign. This evening will be a lot of fun! This year The Forks unveiled a stunning new sculpture, Niimaamaa, at the entryway to Niizhoziibean, and much, much more.
Event Schedule:
2PM – Midnight | Photobooth, second floor, next door to McNally Robinson
5 – 8 PM | Art by Art City, South Aisle
9PM – Midnight | Art for All Ages, South Aisle
9PM – Midnight | DJ Lil Win, Food Hall
11 PM | Those Guys Acapella performance, Food Hall
Outdoor activities:
All Day: Skating rinks + trails, ball hockey in Plaza Parking Lot
4 – 8 PM | Horse-Drawn Wagon Rides
4 – 8 PM | Snow Sculpting
4 – 8 PM | Indigenous storytelling + bannock making in the teepee
6 – 8 PM | DJs Hunnicutt + Co-op skate party at CN Field rink
8 PM | Family countdown + mini fireworks in CN Field (Winnipeg Sign)
