About the Meditation Course
We all have to experience unwanted situations. We often feel that life is unfair and feel frustrated and maybe depressed that no matter how hard we try, we can’t make life work the way we want it to. Understanding karma, the law of cause and effect, enables to understand why things happen and give us the tools to begin to create the life we want. It also helps us to accept difficult experiences and encourages us to react more constructively.

By meditating on karma, we can use our life to gradually set ourselves free from the cycle of pain and worry and thereby make it truly meaningful . On this course Gen Rigden will explain this wisdom of karma and guide meditations that will make a practical positive difference in our daily life.

There will be two sessions of 1hr and 15 mins with a half hour break in the middle for refreshments. You are welcome to arrive at 12:45pm for pre-course refreshments and to stay after the course to relax in the centre.
