Core strength is a lot more than just sit ups. In fact, too many standard sit ups might put your core a risk for injury. This workshop help you to determine weaknesses in your core, improve or prevent low back pain. Undefeated CrossFit will go over the anatomy of the core (it involves much more than that ever elusive "six pack"), every day positions that may be affecting your core function.

If you sit the majority of your day, have had any form of abdominal surgery, have experienced low back pain or simply aren't seeing the results you think you should be in the gym, your core conditioning could be a factor!

This workshop is open to everyone and will provide progressions from novice to advanced.
