West End Cultural Centre presents ‘Ode To Beck at the WECC’, a group of musicians from some of Winnipeg’s most exciting and groundbreaking bands including Brian James, Bobby Desjarlais, Sweet Alibi, members of Royal Canoe and the Truly Richards have come together to celebrate a long history of collaboration and musical audacity.
The 10+ piece band will cover songs from Beck’s debut album, ‘Mellow Gold’. This night will also include a special, timely set by JP Bo Bo Bowie and a Throwback to Love Ballad Duets by Justin Lacroix & Kerji Stephens.
