Missing teen may be in Winnipeg

How often do you see an ad or article online about a person missing? How about flyers at busy intersections and downtown building walls? Nowadays people go missing in Canada almost every day. Most of them are found fast and returned home safely, but for in some cases, the search continues for months. A missing person is always a tragedy for the family and friends. People have no rest, can’t sleep peacefully, when a family member is not at home and safe.

Police are asking for public assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old girl. Noreen Kyla Osborne was last seen on February 28th, 2019.

Osborne is described as 5' 6", 133 lbs, brown eyes and long hair (colour may vary).

As per local police, they believe Osborne is in the Winnipeg area.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250 or contact your local police department. If you or someone you know had seen Osborne or talked to her in person or over the phone since February 28th, the family and police are asking for your help, any information might help with a search and lead officers to find a missing teenager.
