Go Code Girl, a free event for girls in grades 7-9, will expose students to computer programming, computational thinking and digital skills. Girls will move through four hands-on sessions focusing on different areas, for each completed level, a student will have their name entered into a draw for one of 10 tech prizes, including: Cue Robots, Cozmo robots, Ozobots, and littleBits Rule Your Room Kits.
This is the great opportuniry for students to find out if computer engineering is an area they might like to pursue, and will inform them about other clubs.
