Come and celebrate friendship, life, and music with an afternoon of Yoga and Kirtan!

Try an all-level 60-minute Yoga and Meditation practice, focused on heartwarming and heartopening gentle, slow sequences, followed by a guided body scan, a loving-kindness meditation and a nice long Savasana. Everyone can join, also pregnant women and yoga beginners. Later try for yourself Kirtan - an ancient meditative yogic practice which uses repetition of Yoga Mantras and affirmations accompanied by traditional instruments. Learn a heart opening mantra or two and connect through live music and chanting. The simplicity of the harmonium, the djembe drum, and the voices around you, leave you feeling the energy of this practice. No experience necessary!
