This meditation method is very easy for beginners to follow, but also has deeper aspects that those who are practiced at meditating already will enjoy! There are different sections that all work and flow together to enhance the experience.
These classes will be drop-in attendance, starting at 7PM, doors being closed at 7:05PM. Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts to ensure you will not get left out :)
