April 20th is Raw Milk Appreciation Day. To celebrate that and gain awareness of raw milk cheese, we have partnered with The CheeseMongers to put together an dinner showcasing 7 different raw milk cheeses from across Canada. Come exerience a one of a kind tasting and dinner! We will share some of our experiences of making our cheese and the insperation behind the dishes served. The CheeseMongers will talk about the amazing qualities of the other cheeses from across Canada. Each course will be paired with a wine or local beer. This dinner is to help us raise awareness and funds as we work with our regulators to develope policies and proccedures. We are doing this Dinner at the St.Norbert Art Center as these are the grounds of the original Trappist Monastery in Manitoba. As we try to help preserve little known this Manitoba Tradition.
