Meditate with a Monk every Wednesday
Join us Wednesday evening for a relaxing time of chanting, meditation, and spiritual friendship. We begin with some traditional chanting followed by a short guided loving-kindness meditation and 45 minutes of silent meditation. Afterwards, there is time to speak with the monks and ask any questions you may have about meditation and the Buddha's teachings. While you are here you can browse our lending library.
