FAQ's

How can I buy tickets?

You can purchase your tickets online by clicking the green TICKETS button, or come by Masterworks Dance Studio at 333 King Street to make your purchase in person (cash or cheque) during our office hours.


Is there reserved seating?

No. This is a rushed seating only event. Doors will open approximately 30min before the show starts.


Do I need to bring my printed ticket?

Yes please! We can still check you in if you don't have your tickets printed, but it will be much faster for you if they are printed prior to the event. We can also scan your tickets from your email or Eventbrite app on your smart phone or device.


What is your refund policy?

Refunds are not available.

Can my young child attend?

Yes, children ages 4 and under are free if seated on a patron's lap.
