Award-winning writer, David A. Robertson will present information writers need to know when contemplating how to approach Graphic Novels, which are a form of sequential art. David will not only provide a writing workshop, but will detail the history of sequential art, and the nuances of sequential art, how to read critically, so that you’re prepared to write the best script possible. Writing work will include the choices a writer has to make in scripting a graphic novel in picture, word, flow, layout, and so on. In the end, you’ll know much more than how to write a graphic novel. You’ll understand their history, their effectiveness as a form of storytelling, and how to work with illustrators to ensure that your vision can come to life.
