Mindfulness is the practice of being present. A regular practice of mindfulness can significantly decrease stress and anxiety, improve focus and creativity and give you an increased overall appreciation of life.
In this 8 week series you will learn the science behind mindfulness, new meditations each week and various ways to live mindfully. Studies have shown that just 8 weeks of a regular practice of mindful meditation can regulate the parts of the brain that trigger the stress response. This course will give you all the support you need to start and maintain a regular mindfulness practice.
