Fit 4 Two Baby-Free Bootcamp is the perfect solution for moms who have gone back to work, want an extra workout, or who simply prefer a baby-free evening workout.

Benefit from the continued camaraderie of fellow moms as your instructor motivates you through an intense full-body bootcamp. Baby-Free Bootcamp includes a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio and core.

Women must be 'body ready' for this advanced class. This means that you have been exercising 3-6 days a week (cardio and strength training) for at least 8 weeks, be injury free and not have diastasis recti.

We welcome moms of babies, tots, preschoolers, school-aged children and beyond. Come on out and join us! You deserve it!
