Gary "Woody" Watkins is a folk singer/lyricist (guitar/harmonica) who writes and performs original folk songs based in social comment. His lyrics are the essence of his music that blends with those of Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger and Bob Dylan, etc. He mixes original songs of people and events with classic covers of social that defined a generation and continues to this day. He has traveled and performed extensively and played his music throughout North America where his songwriting has gained warm acceptance.
