Our May edition of Winnipeg Babes Who Brunch features local boss babe Natalie Suppes, Founder of For The Health – an online health and fitness coaching company working specifically with women who have Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Natalie spent 8 years climbing the corporate ladder, while simultaneously battling severe Crohn’s disease. She has turned her pain into her purpose, helping women who are chronically ill take their lives back.

The Experience:

“There’s nothing more powerful than a woman determined to rise,” and at our monthly Babes Who Brunch event this saying could not ring more true. While the title sounds like an experience for the most basic, it is anything but, as each event goes way beyond the surface offering a safe space for strong and powerful women to gather together and embrace their vulnerabilities. Think Beyonce’s Lemonade, instead of Britney Spears’ Blackout.

Each Babes Who Brunch event begins with the intention to grow, connect with one another and become comfortable in the uncomfortable, and it is led by one fierce female keynote speaker who shares her insights, experiences and life story – aka #realtalk for real women.

Beyond the raw conversation, there is, of course, delicious brunch time eats and sips, making it the perfect start to your Saturday, providing you all the fuel you need to head into the weekend, and better yet, all the inspiration and insight you need to get a grip on your goals and kick-start your hustle long after.

Whether you come for the bubbles, the brunch or to hear from an incredible lady boss, it doesn’t matter. All are celebrated, all are welcome, and all will leave feeling empowered through the connection and community built at this signature ACE event. Don't be shy - attending solo is encouraged. Trust us, there will be no shortage of amazing women for you to connect with and gain inspiration from.
