Bravestone Centre is a non-profit organization that provides women and their children affected by domestic violence with full-time counselling and support programs.

Women Empowered is a self-defense seminar for women ages 14+ interested in learning the proper mindset and concepts to primarily avoid, and secondarily get out of what can potentially become a physical attack, which most likely will come from a larger assailant.

Parents of anyone under the age of 18 must be on-site to sign our waiver.
