Climb the Ladder

All players will play 4 qualifying rounds (similar to league night), scoring will be 4-2-1-0 and the top 50% will qualify for the ladder playoffs (to a maximum of 16).

Ladder Playoffs

The four lowest seeded players in the top 50% will start the ladder playoffs by playing one four player game. The player with the lowest score is eliminated and the next lowest seeded player is added to the group for the next game (Example…if there are 10 players that qualify for the ladder playoffs, seed 10, 9, 8 and 7 play one game and the player with the lowest score is eliminated. The 6th seeded player is now added to the remaining three for the next game and the lowest score is eliminated. Now the 5th seeded player is added to the group and so on - hence the name ladder).

In each subsequent match, the highest seeded player (who will be the player who just joined the group) has choice of machine or order of play. The next choice is given to the winner of the previous game, and choice proceeds in descending order of score on the previous game.***Players can NOT choose the same machine more than once, but any player may choose a machine already played, including the most recent machine played.****

Players will compete until two players remain. At that point, a best of three match between the final two players will crown the winner. The highest seeded player has the choice of machine or order of play for the first game. From that point forward, the loser of the previous game has the choice of machine or order of play.Entry: 12$Payout: Top 6 will win a cash prize* and The Manitoba Pinball League will be adding $150 to the pot!!!*
