About: The Turning Pages Program is a new and innovative 6 week community-based mental health program offered by Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba in partnership with the University of Manitoba. This program is geared towards individuals 50-70 years of age who are struggling with sadness, anxiety, or later-life transitions. Our goal is to improve mental health symptoms by providing education, skill building, peer support and community connections.

The Turning Pages Program provides participants with opportunities to learn and practice cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness, in addition to building peer support and connections to community resources.

The next 6-week session begins Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 at 2-4 PM at the Mood Disorders Association office (4 Fort St.)

Time: 2:00-4:00pm

Location: 4 Fort St. (Multipurpose Room)

This program is $40, and registration is required in order to attend. *(Fee may be waived depending on need)
