The Rising Stars Foundation will be hosting our inaugural fundraising Night of Excellence on Thursday, May 30th. All proceeds from our dinner will go towards removing financial barriers for Winnipeg youth in high performance sport. The goal is to empower and educate underprivileged, at risk students from disadvantaged socio- economic backgrounds. This evening at the Caboto Centre will feature a buffet style dinner from Sorrento’s, a program including the uplifting stories of various young students working hard to make our community a better place, scholarships distributed to numerous young Manitoban student athletes and coaches, and amazing silent auction prizes. The night will conclude with an interactive live auction with prizes TBA!
