Diver Stress & Rescue

Be prepared for those unexpected emergencies!

The SSI Diver Stress & Rescue program will teach you about accident prevention and how to handle situations that might occur. You will learn how to avoid, recognize, and solve problems on the surface and underwater.

- Accident Management
- Skills Needed To Deal With Panic And Rescues
- Conditions That Complicate Rescues

This intensive specialty course runs over three days in which you will participate in academic and in-water sessions in the pool and in the open water.

As a prerequisite for certification, you should have a valid CPR and First Aid card. An Oxygen Provider certificate would be considered an asset.

If rental equipment is required, we can provide this for the pool and open water for a course rate of $90.00.

Education Materials: $50

Course fees include online education materials, classroom, pool and open water sessions, SSI Stress & Rescue specialty certification card and ongoing advice.
