Turning Leaf Games is an annual track and field event that grew from the vision of bringing together participants and agencies across Manitoba. We wanted to create space for people of all abilities to compete and connect, harvesting a community of comradery, inclusion, and diversity.

The Turning Leaf Games exists for participants to build friendships and self-esteem, and to provide a sense of community for Manitobans living with mental illness, intellectual and physical challenges, and to raise funds and awareness for Turning Leaf.

This is our 7th Annual Turning Leaf Games, and we cannot wait to watch it continue to grow this year. The day’s program includes a warm up, 100m dash, 400m relay, 100m wheelchair race, discus, long jump, a medal ceremony, yoga cool down, self-care and wellness activities throughout the day, and gift bags for athletes.

All athletes must sign an online waiver prior to the event if they want to compete. After obtaining their free ticket(s) on EventBrite athletes can sign their waiver here.

We are pleased to share that Mayor Brian Bowman and NHL Alumni Josh Green have confirmed their attendance this year to kick off our opening ceremonies and connect with the athletes and spectators.

We hope you will join us for an incredible day of sport, community and connection!

Thank you to our sponsors for helping to make this day happen!
