Good Food Club Seniors Exercise Class: Chair Yoga & Meditation

This FREE laid back, beginner level exercise class will be facilitated by Good Food Club Member, and Certified Fitness and Yoga Instructor through the YMCA, Kayla Chafe. The exercises will specifically be geared towards seniors, and people with mobility limitations, although everyone is welcome to attend. Exercises will be gentle and take place seated in a chair - participants will not have to get down on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in.
