Walking in nature has physical, mental, and emotional health benefits. Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health.

Join Shameless Circle for a two-hour, moderately-paced hike through Assiniboine Forest on easy terrain with Christina Heibert

This is an opportunity to show case how nature can help manage our mental health and become part of self-care. There will be opportunities to sit quietly in reflection, take pictures, and talk about our mental health.
