Join the movement August 17th and take on a 5K military-style obstacle course covered entirely in mud at Springhill Winter Sports Park

This race is what you make it. For the competitive athlete, it's a chance to push yourself harder than ever before and race for the best time. For others, it's a chance to have fun playing in the mud, all while helping support the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba.

The Dirty Donkey Mud Run annual summer event will be that adventure you’ve been looking for, while getting out in nature to move and play in the mud! Join us at the best homegrown Mud Run in Manitoba.

RACE EVENT DETAILS:
-Ages 14 - 60+
-Beginner friendly as well an intermediate challenge
-Also features a high level performance course for a full challenge
-Safety is important to us and it is each individuals responsibility to be safe.(first aid team will be on site
-There will be a complete first aid team and station on course
-There will be multiple races ran throughout the day, to run multiple races register for each race
-We do encourage coming in costume or creative team jerseys. Must be properly clothed.
-There will be showers available post-race.
-There are tote boxes available at a cost of $5.00 to store valuables
-Race day is cash only, ATM on site

Looking to loosen up those muscles after the race? Join us after the races for music, drinks and performances from live bands and local DJs. Music and dancing starts at 5pm!
