Summer is an ideal time to heighten our awareness of nature. What is it about the natural world (stars, green grass, trees, songbirds...) that we find comforting or healing?

You may wish to bring a guided meditation, poem, or song to share, based on each month's theme. Everyone is welcome; no meditation experience is necessary.
