Welcome to Carnaval’s Cultural Fusion- the last weekend of every month in 2019 we will be celebrating flavours from different countries around the world. All the new BBQ additions and sides are included in the regular All You Can Eat experience.

Our delicious Flora Red and Tropical White Sangrias will be on special as well for only $10 a glass or $29 a pitcher.

- Spanish Chorizo Sausage
- Pork Loin (Marinated in olive oil, garlic, white wine, oregano and sweet Spanish Paprika)
- Chicken Pintxo (Chicken drumsticks marinated in Spanish smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, salt garlic and olive oil)

- Paella (Rice served with chicken, chorizo and mussels flavoured with saffron and paprika)
- Patatas Bravas (Roasted potatoes served with a spicy tomato sauce)
- Gazpacho (Cold tomato and vegetable soup)
