Have you ever wanted to try a yoga class but felt too intimidated to unroll your mat among “well practiced” yogis and to leave all judgement, competition and expectations at the door? Unworthy to carve out time to show up for yourself and make your well being your present moment responsibility? Me too! I still sometimes find myself struggling to make time for my practice or stuck in this mind chatter loop of lack, sometimes when I walk into a new yoga studio, have a new yoga teacher/ yoga style I’m not familiar with, sometimes even as your guide I have moments of feeling not enough for you. I’m human and I have to remind myself that bettering myself makes me better for those I love. One thing we all have in common is the challenge to put ourselves first, to be vulnerable, to stop making excuses not to live our best and intentional life. That is the practice!

An individual dance of discovery between breath and movement of the mind and body, a celebration of what we can do, acknowledgement of what we may be nurturing or healing and an intention to be the best version we can be in the present moment. The word yoga means union or to yoke. It’s about connection, a coming together.

One time only - Wednesday September 4, 6pm - 45 minutes.
