This ten-day Mindfulness Meditation Class will teach and guide you to practice most of the meditations in Four Foundations of Mindfulness. The small booklets will be given for each and every meditations which helps you to practice them on your own. You can get thorough understanding of all the meditations in Mindfulness Meditation practices by participating for the Four Foundations of Mindfulness six-day class on Mondays. This is not mandatory but it is helpful.
By participating for this class, you will gain the knowledge and practice for most of the meditations in Mindfulness Meditation. You will understand all the obstacles for the concentration and how to over come them. Also, you will have more time to ask questions in the class or individually after the class. Monks who trained in Theravada Buddhist tradition will teach in this class.
