This Meditation event is open to everyone. This is a great way to remove your mental depression and anxiety. You will learn how to get mental relaxation, peace and happiness as per Buddha's teaching. Small booklets are provided for all the meditations and you can practice them your own. There is an opportunity to ask questions during class. You can get advice one on one after the class.

This event is organised by Mindfulness Meditation Club in the university and conducted by monks in Buddha Meditation Center in Winnipeg. The class is conducted by monks trained in Theravada Buddhist tradition.

Parking: Parking is free after 4.30 p.m. at the university.
