Police officers fatally killed a man after Taser

A police inform, that on Monday there was the call of paramedics to their custody with the carousel to arrive in the area of Alexander Avenue and Fountain Street at around 10:30 p.m. 

The paramedics called a police because of an aggressive citizen. The incident happened with the participation of a local resident, Matthew Fosseneuve at Winnipeg's Chinatown. The policemen who came to the scene encountered an aggressive man who did not want to cooperate and tried to attack policemen. As a result, one of the policemen used a stun gun against an aggressive citizen. After the incident, the aggressor was arrested and sent to a police station. At the police station, some man became ill and had to be hospitalized soon after he died of heart failure. Statements inform that his relatives and friends, he had health problems. Relatives also added that the man never showed aggressive inclinations and was always very polite and friendly. 

At the moment, the situation is being investigated by the main department of the Winnipeg police. The main task of researchers is to find out the circumstances and legitimacy of police actions.
