Driver makes a double crash behind Portage Place

According to the testimony of a witness, the SUV driver crashed into the building behind Portage Place around 2:20 p.m. The incident happened on The Promenade (a street north of Portage Place).

The driver broke several concrete pillars and a window on the first floor of a house. The window could not stand the collision with the car. The SUV caused damage to the interior of the apartment.
