Mood Disorders Association offers a good solution against feeling of anxious

Mood Disorders Association knows how to deal with stress.

Fire Fest will take place in the first half of September. This fest is organized by Winnipeg’s Fun Mountain in collaboration with Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba.

The essence of the festival is to write down all the things that cause stress on a sheet of paper and to burn this sheet. According to the organizers, it will help people feel easy and calm and will help to deal with stress and to perceive all the situations that can lead to anxiety much easier.

Tanya Hall from Winnipeg’s Fun Mountain informed that the idea to organize such a fest came to her mind in 2016. At that moment she was combating cancer and had a depression and other mental disorders and Mood Disorders Association helped her a lot.

So, Hall decided to help other people who may have the same problems. The main idea is not to be silent, not to close inside. People should know that they can speak about their problems, about their fears and worries. She really hopes that the festival will be able to unite people and help them cope with depression and stress.

Tickets to the festival are already available online and everyone can buy them on Mood Disorders Association official site.
