September 13th an unusual incident happened near the town of Mitchell, Manitoba. Thing like that does not happen there very often, so locals are scared and shocked.
Thursday evening local police responded to a call approximately 4:40 p.m. The incident was described as a man exposed himself to a group of children.
When arrived at the scene, RCMP officers were not able to locate the suspect in the area, but later they received a description that helped to locate a male suspect in one of the houses in Mitchell town. A 27-year-old Tylor Jansen-Vandoorn was arrested and nor remains in custody, he is facing charges of committing an indecent act involving minors. No statement or any explanation from the suspect, also it is not known how old and how many children were involved. As of now, no more details were disclosed by the police, due to the investigation is still ongoing.
