A two-time Olympic bronze medalist organizes a camp for girls

There is a great news for all Winnipeg girls: a football camp will open its doors for them in October.

All Winnipeg girls who want to learn how to play football and to achieve amazing results have an opportunity to learn together with Desiree Scott.

A two-time Olympic bronze medalist Desiree Scott creates a camp for girls from Winnipeg, where they will be able to learn to play football and to improve their skills.

She grew up in Winnipeg and reported that in her childhood there were organizations which helped her learn how to play women's football, believe in herself and achieve the rewards she has now. So, she wants to revive such organizations and help the girls from Winnipeg.

KidSport is a non-profit organization that can help children in their sporting endeavors, especially in cases when parents do not have a necessary financial opportunity.

Desiree Scott reported that her football camp begins in late October at Axworthy Health and RecPlex at the University of Winnipeg. She also added that she will do her best to help those girls who want to follow her example and to achieve similar results.
