On Friday Winnipeg Pan Am Pool is going to re-open again.
The construction lasted several months, and then came the moment when some parts of Winnipeg Pan Am Pool are ready to open.
Here’s the list of the facilities that will be open on Friday for all city residents:
Training tank
Kiddie pool
Public change facilities
Upper weight room
Portions of the walking track
Upper training tank observation section
Front lobby and adjacent auxiliary rooms.
Pan Am Pool informed that all people who want to take swim lessons or to be engaged in aquafit will be able to do it starting from Friday. Plus, there will be an additional day for all activities – Sunday.
In 2017 it was decided that the pool needed to be repaired, so from July 2018 it was closed. Now, it is going to re-open and all Winnipeggers are waiting for this great event.
The rest part of Pan Am Pool will be closed by the beginning of the year.
