Winnipeg Jets lost to San Jose Sharks, Vladimir Volenyuk

Winnipeg Jets is an amazing team and has a huge army of fans and supporters. Go Jets Go! Every game there are millions of fans watching our team perform on TV and support at a game in person, all hoping for a win and the first places for Jets.

Unfortunately, the last game was not successful for our team. On Tuesday, February 5th San Jose Sharks got a win 3-2 over the Winnipeg Jets. Both teams worked hard and showed great skills, but the Sharks overpowered the Jets.

The Jets ended a three-game winning streak and a roll of seven consecutive victories at home. San Jose had its third power play of the game with six minutes left in the third. Winnipeg got its fourth man advantage with 1:35 remaining and carried it over into overtime. Soon after it was over, the Sharks were called for too many men 1:20 into the extra time.

The Jets had a power-play goal by Mark Scheifele wiped out midway through the second after DeBoer successfully challenged for offside. But, unfortunately for the Jets fans, the San Jose Sharks got lucky and overpowered Winnipeg Jets.
