The Icelandic Festival is coming to Manitoba!! The Festival was recently named one of the 40 Best Arts and Cultural Festivals in North America.
Get ready for the August Long Weekend. The Icelandic Festival will run in Gimli, Manitoba from August 2 to 5, 2019. The 130th festival theme is “Take a Viking Voyage”. Gimli, MB is located just an hour north of Winnipeg and is a very popular summer destination.

The festival welcomed thousands of visitors July 19th – 21st at The Forks. Since their launch in 2015, they’ve fed almost 500,000 foodies in multiple cities! It is North America’s largest food festival celebrating everything mac and cheese.
