The NFL regular season will kick off on Thursday, September 5 between the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears. Last Friday, August 23rd was a historic night at Winnipeg’s IG Field! An NFL pre-season game was help between the Oakland Raiders and Green Bay Packers.
It was the first NFL game hosted in Canada since the Buffalo Bills played at Toronto’s Rogers Centre from 2008-2013.
