While the Manitoba grows in population and industry, not only new factories and production facilities open but also the residential area requires continues growth to accommodate newcomers and the workforce, so does the demand for energy.

The city authorities hope for understanding from the citizens as all of these construction projects are carried out to improve the city`s infrastructure and driving efficiency. Also, remember that speeding fines nearly doubled in the construction zones.
