300 Main is a highly anticipated mixed-use residential, office and retail complex. Luxury rental suites in Winnipeg`s tallest downtown apartment tower.
The construction began at the end of 2017, a couple of months they were working on reinforcement of the columns of Winnipeg Square Parking. Now, when the parking part of the project is almost over, the workers are moving to the upper hall, demolition of the old part of the building and the new retail and business spaces will be created there.
The new high-rise is will reach 44 stores and will become the tallest apartment building in downtown Winnipeg. The question arises about the parking for a new building, for now, it is not clear where the parking area will be located, no information about it from the builder.
The idea looks great as a design project, we will be following up on this beautiful building in the heart of our city!
