Winston George was released from Headingley Correctional Centre on Sunday and the Police think he can settle down in Winnipeg.
This man is considered very dangerous for all women and children, therefore the Police ask all residents of the city to be extremely careful.
In 2008, Thomas was convicted of assaulting a 13-year-old girl. In addition, he made several other attacks on women.
Thomas is prohibited from carrying a weapon for life, he will also be supervised until 2020.
