Last week, Bob Heber, a man who has intellectual disabilities was named Selkirk's Citizen of the Year.

Inclusion Selkirk executive director stated that the work of a man is truly respectable. Not being a member of the organization, he did a great number of good things for his community, so he deserved his reward like no one else.
