Warming Hut is held every year and this year two Winnipeg artists showed their work.
There were six finalists but Winnipeggers Jennie O’keefe and Chris Pancoe became number one. These two guys showed their design called Huttie. It is something in the style of the retro children’s TV series, H.R. Pufnstuf.
Winnipeg duo submitted their proposal online, and then a blind jury chose it for Warming Hut 2019.
As it became knows the construction of Huttie will start in January 2019.
