A man was arrested for deceiving veterinary services

The Winnipeg police arrested a man after it they found out that he deceived veterinary hospitals for more than $5,000.

The police informed that the man had deceived four clinics: he came with a dog to treat it but in the end he did not pay the bill. Veterinary clinics stated that he came with different dogs. They assume the Winnipegger was breeding dogs for sale.

The 29-year old city resident was charged in 8 cases of fraud and he did not deny his guilt after the arrest.
