Winnipeg Jets lost to Minnesota Wild

Winnipeg Jets lost to Minnesota Wild, Vladimir Volenyuk

Winnipeg Jets is an amazing team and has a huge army of fans and supporters. Go Jets Go!

Last week was great for our team with another victory for our team! Amazing result 7-4, that is a great and deserved game score for our own Winnipeg hockey team!

The Winnipeg Jets had goals from seven different players as they won their second game in a row to close out the homestand. The Jets finally solved their first-period scoring woes as they beat the Colorado Avalanche 7-4 on Tuesday at Bell MTS Place.

The win moved the Jets back ahead of the Nashville Predators for first place in the Central Division.

But the most recent game broke Jets winning streak with a loss to Minnesota Wild. The Wild won at home for the first time in five tries since Dec. 13. The Jets were scoreless in four power plays. The Wild have killed 15 of their last 16 penalties at home. Scheifele tied Patrik Laine for the team lead with his 24th goal. Wild center Eric Fehr missed his second straight game with an undisclosed injury. Spurgeon had two assists, his third multi-point performance in five games this month.

Jets defenceman Dustin Byfuglien, one of two Minnesota natives on the team, missed his fifth straight game with a lower-body injury that will likely keep him out until after the All-Star break.

Winnipeg Jets fans give big support for the team at every game, and fans can get rewarded with the team win or with a much better gift. Thanks to Patrik Laine and the amazing game he showed last weekend, one lucky Jets fan is now $1 million richer, it is actually $50,000 a year for 20 years.

Laine scored a very rare five goals against the St. Louis Blues, a five-goal game means a Million Dollar prize through Safeway/Sobey's Score & Win contest plus $100,000 for the fourth goal, and $1,000 in gift cards for the third goal, for whoever is in the draw that night.

On Saturday, November 24th that happened to be Christopher Haley of Winnipeg, the company tweeted Saturday night, a great night for the team and the fans.

Congratulations to our fellow Winnipegger and let's hope for the win in the next game! Go Jets Go! We are very proud and happy to have such an amazing team in our city and each and every fan from the youngest ones show their great support to the team every game.

Get your tickets now for the next game, if do not have it already or plan a game night with your friends and family to support our own Winnipeg team!
