Bighill signed to three-year contract with Blue Bombers

Our own Winnipeg Blue Bombers is a great team with a bright future and the fans show their support each and every game! It is great news for all of us, the star linebacker will stay with our team for future seasons and we can expect nothing but great games and great show!

On Tuesday, January 15th Winnipeg Blue Bombers announced that all-star linebacker Adam Bighill has signed a three-year deal to remain with the team. Adam Bighill had a great 2018 season for the Blue Bombers and was named the CFL’s Outstanding Defensive Player.

Bighill is 5’10”, 230 lb star finished tied for third in the CFL with 105 defensive tackles and also added two interceptions, four quarterback sacks, and four forced fumbles. The 30-year-old native of Montesano, Washington, was named a CFL Top Performer of the Week three times during the season. Bighill is a great team player and without any doubt will bring Blue Bombers glorious victories in the upcoming seasons. All and every single one team fan will love Bighill, his style and mighty power tackles he shows every game. All other teams better watch out, Bombers are coming to beat you!

Also, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers announced Monday, January 7th that star kicker Medlock – named the Most Outstanding Special Teams Player in each of his three seasons as a Bomber – has agreed to a two-year contract extension.

A 35-year-old Medlock has a career field goal percentage of 86.5 percent – second best in CFL history.

Medlock was named the CFL’s Most Outstanding Special Teams Player in 2016 and has played in 128 career CFL games over an eight-year career.

We all hope a star-kicker will bring all the luck to our team and show only the best results playing for Blue Bombers this upcoming season.
