A new place in town is always good, but a new restaurant is even better! Especially if we are talking about the famous P.F. CHANGS, one of the most popular Chinese restaurants in North America.
Based on documents filed with the City of Winnipeg, a brand new 6,248 sqft restaurant in the Polo Park area will be the first location in Winnipeg of P.F. Chang’s Chinese Bistro. It’s being built on the parking lot of the former Polo Park Target location and will be located just across the 24-7 Intouch building.
Recently, many U.S. restaurant chains invading Winnipeg, such as Famous Dave’s, Five Guys, IHOP, and Popeyes Chicken and more, so now the P.F. Chang’s is on the way.
P.F. Changs was founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. The name “P. F. Chang’s” was created by combining the name of both founders: Paul Fleming (P. F.) and Philip Chiang (whose last name was simplified to Chang).
The owners are proud that all the food is made from scratch in each restaurant, every day.
